Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include any relevant tags or documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed.
